Total site clearance and land clearance of trees and scrub
We clear trees and carry out vegetation management on motorways, bypasses and highways, as well as total site and scrub clearance.
Specialist machinery such as a mulcher, flail, shredder and tub grinder is used for speed, safety and efficiency, plus specialist pruning and felling undertaken by professional tree surgeons experienced in site clearance in difficult situations.
Our team has carried out clearance work on the Peterborough Spalding bypass, cleared trees on the Carlise bypass, large tree felling on sections of the M1 and M40 redevelopment, as well as numerous commercial site clearances across Lincolnshire and the UK.
Our site clearance services are used by property developers, builders, local government, rail, utility or construction companies, earthworks, military installations, architects and anyone seeking planning permission to redevelop a site, reroute roads or reclaim brownfield sites.
As professional tree surgeons, Lincolnshire Tree Services can undertake tree surveys and tree reports prior to site clearance and advise on trees to be retained. Mature trees can add amenity value to a proposed building plot and the planning authority will usually require a professional tree report as part of the application to redevelop the site. We can advise on how to protect trees not being cleared as part of the site redevelopment, what materials to use and attend site to supervise root protection during clearance and construction work.
Lincolnshire Tree Services has an Environment Agency exemption to compost waste which allows us to remove all wood chip and timber from site for ease of the contractor. We also offer stump grinding. Staff qualified with CPCS, CITB, CSCS, CISRS, CSR and CSIS to work on construction sites and all relevant arboriculture qualifications.
For site and vegetation clearance or management we are happy to quote for specific equipment on a day rate or provide a quotation for the whole project.
